THE SOCIAL SIDE OF EUNC

Although playing netball successfully is the primary concern of EUNC, netball socials are undoubtedly one of the best parts of being a member of this large club.

Our two social secretaries, Josie and Izzy, are responsible for organising a range of different events throughout the year, which give all girls from all different teams a chance to socialise within the club and with other Edinburgh University Sports Clubs.

Some of the favourite and much anticipated socials of the year include 'Beerienteering' (an orienteering event with the Edinburgh University Football Club), the Christmas meal, the SU Ball and, of course, the Netball Ball which is held at the end of the season in order to celebrate the season's achievements.

The annual EUNC tour is also a particular highlight of the social calendar. This summer we will be heading to Croatia for a few days of fun.
